Absolutely the BEST service from Craig! Highly recommend- we kept our car with secure parking for a full week while we went on a cruise. Very professional and on point! Made it to the port on time and he was there to pick us up as we off loaded the cruise. And to add even gave us a call to make sure we made it home safely!! Great personality and will definitely be a customer again in the future! A+++ service give him a call!!!

Craig is a fantastic guy who went way out of his way to help my daughter and I when we were in a pinch, not bargaining for the street parking around our hotel. He took us right in. Showed us around , and made my daughter feel much more comfortable with her first visit to the city. He runs a tight ship. He's honest, he's fair and his hospitality is above and beyond. If you're in Brooklyn and you need a place to park that's not on the street, I couldn't recommend a better place. I will be using their services again and again. Thank you, Craig!

Craig was absolutely a pleasure to do business with. He made our trip easier with commuting to the Brooklyn Port. He drove us there and picked us up. Made us feel like family and at ease knowing our car was secure for our cruise vacation. I recommend him 100%. His pricing is reasonable and he goes above and beyond. Will definitely be doing business with him again when we plan our next family cruise. Even calling us to make sure we made it safely home after a long commute.

My wife and I took a vacation for 2 weeks. We used them for two cars. The service was excellent, professional and affordable. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. March 27, 2025 This is an additional review: after having great success with using Secure Parking Williamsburg, I decided to use them again for a 7 week extensive parking service. Just as before, the procedure was very smooth. Craig and his brother not only provided me with excellent service, they were both very accessible to bring my car in and pick it up. My car was secure and handled with professional care all at a very reasonable price. These guys are my go to parking service whenever I need that service.

35$ a full day was a reasonable price. I probably could have found a cheaper option but the customer service was worth it. Super secure, and very responsive. Would definitely go back next time I drive to the city

The business and the service are top-notch, and worth every penny. Craig and his team are incredibly professional, experienced, and kind, making our parking experience in New York seamless, which is no small task. I had a 16ft moving truck that needed overnight parking and I didn't arrive to the city until 10pm to drop it off; no matter, Craig's team was there waiting for me and had it ready to go on time the next morning for pick-up. Cannot recommend this service enough.

Craig & his team take exceptional care of our car. First and foremost, the parking garage is extremely safe and constantly monitored, so we feel very certain that nothing bad will happen to our car. Our vehicle is always available whenever we need it. Second, they go above and beyond to provide excellent service, sometimes even cleaning our car for us. With Craig, we never have to worry about our car and above all, he is a very kind person who now knows the names of everyone in our family! Grateful to have this amazing parking option nearby.

I parked with Secure Parking for a little over a year. I did research on finding month to month parking and Craig was able to give me the most competitive pricing in the area. Craig and his team are professional, accommodating and very friendly. I had no issues in the year or so I used this company and I would recommend it for those needed parking (short or long term) in the area.
